Leave a review and check its status
On pages with reviews open, rate a product, service, article or learning experience.
What you need
- The page you want to review.
Choose “Write a review”
Select a rating and optionally add tags and an account of your experience. Use VITON ID if sign-in is requested; guest reviews are not available everywhere.
Check public information
For a guest review, enter a display name and the form’s consent. Do not include a phone, address, order number or private conversation: the name and review appear publicly.
Check the status
After sending, check whether the review is published or with the editor. Signed-in users can edit or remove it in “Your review” on the same page. Guests can contact support.
A review does not replace an order-support request. Send a separate message to resolve a problem.
