Before paying, verify the confirmed terms of your own order or project.
What you need
- The team’s written reply and your order details.
Check what you receive
For goods, confirm variant and quantity; for services, deliverables and scope; for courses, format and dates. Clarify anything missing.
Check totals and costs
Verify currency, delivery and separately agreed external expenses. Currency conversions are indicative; use the confirmation to check final terms.
Use the agreed payment method
Verify the sender and payment details through official correspondence. Never send full card details, security codes, banking passwords or verification codes in chat.
Submitting a request does not charge you. Ask for an explanation before paying if the amount or method changes.
