Share files and links safely
Send only what the task needs and what you have permission to show the team.
What you need
- A copy of the material without unnecessary data.
Prepare a copy
Remove passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card details and other people’s personal information. Agree a separate safe method if the project needs access credentials.
Check rights and recipient
Make sure you may share the text, photos and designs. Grant a shared folder to the agreed recipient; do not make it public simply to send a link.
Use the project conversation
Attach small files to studio chat and explain their purpose and version. Never use a private conversation link as a public portfolio.
Studio correspondence is available to the team handling the request. It is different from direct messages between VITON ID accounts.
