Add files to the studio chat

Attach a small brief, images or text directly to your message.

What you need

  • Up to 3 files: PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP or TXT.

  1. Check the size

    Each file may be up to 1.5 MB, with 3 MB total. Remove passwords, access codes and unnecessary personal data.

  2. Add and review attachments

    Choose “Add files” and check the list. Remove unwanted files before sending. Renaming an extension does not convert a file to a supported format.

  3. Send with an explanation

    Explain what the team should inspect in each file. Sent attachments belong to this conversation. You can attach new files to a later message.

These limits apply to studio chat. Agree a transfer method for a large archive with the team first; a public link is not required.
