Send files securely with a studio request
Files you attach to a request on a studio service page are encrypted in your browser before they leave it. The request carries a private link to them, so the studio receives everything in one message.
What you need
- A studio service page with a request form
- A task description, a way to contact you and up to three supported files
Open the request form
Open the studio service you need and go to its request form. Describe the task and choose how the studio should contact you.
Attach the files
Open Add a link, file or details and select Choose files: PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP or TXT, up to three files of 1.5 MB each. Correct any file message before sending.
Send the request
Select Send the request. The files are encrypted first, then the request goes to the studio with the private link to them; you do not need to forward the link yourself.
Keep the confirmation
Keep the confirmation shown after sending. A request sent while signed in to VITON ID also appears in your cabinet. Links created earlier on VIT MARKET service pages still open at their original address until they expire.
Anyone with the complete private link, including the part after #key=, can decrypt the files, so do not post it publicly. If a file is rejected, remove it and send the request again, or share a link to the document instead.
