Match care guidance to the actual item, its label and its record.
What you need
- The garment label and Item ID, if available.
Start with the label
Read material and care symbols on the item. Do not use another model’s instructions just because it looks similar.
Check the passport
Find your Item ID record and read material and care fields. A sample passport does not replace your item’s instructions.
Ask about discrepancies
If label and record differ or a symbol is unclear, send support a label photo. Postpone potentially damaging treatment until clarified.
There is no single washing method for every collection. Follow the material and instructions of the specific item.
