Open an Old Money item passport

TraceTag shows collection, material, care and record status for an Item ID.

What you need

  • The Item ID on the item or its tag, where provided.

  1. Open Passport

    Visit the Passport page. If the item has a QR or NFC tag, check the destination address before entering data.

  2. Enter the Item ID

    Copy the tag code and use the lookup button. “Sample” opens a demonstration record; it does not verify your item.

  3. Compare the details

    Compare the collection and material with the item. If the code is missing or details differ, send support the code and purchase description.

The page registry has limited coverage and includes a sample. A missing record alone does not prove counterfeiting; a sample does not verify your purchase.
